Overview of Role:

We are currently seeking to employ a Quantity Surveyor. The role will require the candidate to be responsible for the construction projects from conception to completion. You will be required to provide structural, architectural, ID cost knowledge and cost management services in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing cost estimates
• Conducting feasibility studies and value engineering
• Preparing tender documents
• Preparing tender reports, and negotiate prices and terms and conditions with contractors
• Preparing contract documents
• Recommending payment for work done 
• Assessment of variation works and settlement of final account
• Manage clients, consultants and contractors’ relationships

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Civil / Construction Management / QS or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of working experience (consultant background will be advantage)
• Can work independently, active, and a team player
• Able to communicate in English and Thai
