Responsibility

• Be the focal point on the quality management system (e.g. TS16949) and the customer specific requirements of the quality management system.
• Be the contact person for the certified body audit, coordinate with the related departments to be ready for the audit and if there is any findings, ensure that it will be closed in the quality and timely manner.
• Prepare the internal audit plan and ensure that the audit will be conducted according to plan and all findings are closed in quality and timely manner.
• This is also including the internal audit at the remote supporting sites.
• Ensure that the certificate of quality management system (e.g. TS16949) are valid all the time.
• Ensure that our quality management system are conformed to the requirements of quality management system standard (e.g. TS16949) and customer specific requirements.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the corrective and preventive actions for findings.
• Monitor and ensure that the measurement system analysis (MSA) activity will be conducted properly and timely by the responsible departments.
• Be the document controller and ensure that the procedure of document control is followed.
• Take care of calibration activity.
• Contribute to Health Safety & Environmental Management programs.
• Other tasks assigned.

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering is preferable).
• Average GPA : 2.50 at least.
• Working experience : minimum 8 years in quality management system (e.g. ISO/TS16949).
• Good knowledge of quality topics e.g. ISO/TS16949, MSA, SPC, PFMEA, APQP, Capability study etc.
• Be able to use the Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook etc.) and internet
• Well organized, professional manner,  disciplined, hard-working and able to work well under pressure.
• Excellent command of English (reading, writing and speaking).
