Job Description

Why we need you

The incumbent contributes for operational consistency through stringent internal audits, the incumbent is able to identify key risks/gaps that are present in the system, and drive further improvement work through these actionable insights. The incumbent will then champion documentation and efforts around accomplishing industry accreditations and standards In addition, the incumbent ensures that the company move towards quality management accreditation i.e. ISO / TQA

The incumbent thrives in a team environment, and is comfortable interacting with various stakeholders within and beyond the team that possesses an analytical mind and is enthusiastic about solving problems in service of others.

What you will do

  • Establish of Audits for Key Operational Processes and Ensuring Departmental compliance to these audits
    • Establishment of audits for key operational processes
    • Establishment of a mechanism to document SOPs that will then be the basis of regular audits
    • Ensuring operations teams are regularly performing audits assigned to their functions Performance
  • Develop of an audit roadmap to aligned with business priorities and directions
  • Compilation and monitoring audit results across the entire operations
  • Conduct a regional minimum standard audit for key operational processes
  • Establish of a mechanism to document SOPs that will then be the basis of regular audits
  • Champion documentation and efforts around accomplishing industry accreditations and standards
  • Establish of SOP repositories and ensuring it is well cascaded across the organization
  • Recommend to improve adherence to quality management standards across the organization
  • Championing move towards quality management accreditation i.e. ISO / TQA
  • Conduct ISO gap analysis and prepare a roadmap timeline / master plan
  • Provide ability to effectively respond to threats such as natural disaster, data breaches, etc. BCM
  • Assess of how well a delivered service conforms to customer’s expectation in term of quality service
  • Identify, assess, and prepare for any dangers, hazards, and other potentials for disaster—both physical and figurative—that may interfere with an organization's operations and objectives (Enterprise risk management ERM)

What you will need

  • Experience 8-10 years in a related role or field
  • Good Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing & Speaking) and Native Proficiency in Thai
  • Degree in engineering or science or any related field
  • Experience with Quality Management Processes (establishing and performing audits) in a manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment
  • Interpersonal skills Process-driven; Organized Good judgment
  • Experience with establishing QMS, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing in a mature company
  • Has experience managing a team of Quality Management Professionals
  • Can build professional relationships with junior and senior level Managers
  • Resolute in ensuring accountability and adherence to process across the organization
