Key responsibilities:

• Management supplier quality such as incoming inspection, part defect analysis and improvement, new part develop (PPAP), supplier audit
• In process quality management such as defect analysis and quality standard control
• Product reliability test, analysis and improvement
• Co-working with HQ quality department
• Quality planning management such as Instrument calibration, Compliance control( ISO,UL,VDE,Safety,Etc), Internal audit and follow up.
• Summary quality report as daily, weekly, monthly, Quarterly, Half year and yearly

You

• Knowledge and experience in Supplier Quality Management, ISO14001,ISO9001 standards, Quality Management System Audit, Manufacturing Process Audit, Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), 5-Why Analysis, and8-Discipline Methodology preferred
• Have a minimum of  5 years’ experience from a production environment in an international manufacturing company
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields
