JOB SUMMARY FUNCTION:

• Contributes to developing the Quality system, and procedures for the Company to assure and guarantee that all activities by the Company meets regulation, manufacturer and customer specifications/requirements.
• Ensure the compliance of QMS and regulatory requirements.
• Drive Quality awareness and mindset within the Company.

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

• Contributes to the implementation of the Quality Management System throughout the Company.
• Maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for business.
• Liaising with the Directors/Managers/Supervisors and staffs throughout the Company to ensure that the QMS is functioning properly.
• Liaising with external auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective and preventive actions and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Schedule and perform Quality System Audits, internally and at external provider, and coordinate corrective action responses from process owners, internally and from external provider.
• Prepare for external audit of AS9110 system, and interface with auditors.
• Coordinate disposition of non-conforming material and generate corrective and preventive actions.
• Follow-up and evaluate customer complaints. Respond to customer corrective action request in a timely manner. Coordinate team efforts to resolve issues and monitor trends.
• Reporting the performance of the Quality Management System and opportunities for improvement to Quality Assurance Manager.
• Provide training on Quality Management System, Quality awareness, and on various Quality topics.
• Coordinate Foreign Object Damage / Debris (FOD) program awareness / control / critical areas
• Work upon Quality Assurance Manager’s assignments or any other job duties as assign.

REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering field. Aerospace, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years direct experiences in Quality Management System. Experiences in automotive, aviation would be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge in AS9100, AS9110, ISO9001, TS16949, or related Quality Management System.
• Internal and external audit experience.
• Experience in performing root cause analysis and corrective action development.
• Experience in calibration system would be an advantage.
• Knowledge in Part 145 regulations, related aviation regulations, aviation human factors would be an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• MS Office proficiency.
