The Quality Assurance Manager will manage and supervise Quality Assurance activities in Kalasin plant operation in order to assure product quality is fully conform to customer’s requirement for ensuring the business running smoothly with achieving company’s target. The QA Manager will ensure all activities in Laboratory with fully compliance to all regulatory and company’s standards. Importantly, the QA Manager manages and controls Quality Management System align with organizational effectiveness and efficiency of the company's quality policy.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the implementation of activities in accordance with the customer need.
• Ensure customer complaints are investigated and provided a response.
• Manage and ensure the compliance in all external audits, concerning product’s quality and food safety and ensure corrective actions are closed up.
• Supervise verification and calibration of tools is appropriate performed and effectiveness.
• Ensure current Quality Management System requirement and QA program is in place and practice
• Direct and coordinate the company’s quality program, including the implementation of Quality Standard systems and procedures.
• Recommend new processes where needed to improve quality or on-time delivery results.
• Leading the investigation and response in case of customer complaint with technical knowledge.
• Develop and implement corrective action for issues that are not in compliance with quality assurance requirements.
• Use the Lean Six sigma tools for continuous improvement and support in any implementation of a continuous improvement projects.  
• Coordinating and managing quality assurance requirements and reporting quality assurance problems.
• Support operation for production running smoothly with achieving high quality product and high productivity.
• Communicate and share the company quality philosophy to key personnel in the company.
• Supervise laboratory staff to perform the activity accordance with Quality policy.
• Development analyst to have the skills and knowledge appropriate with their responsibility.
• Leading the Internal Quality audit with all functions in order to get staff’s awareness in quality issues.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree of Science, Chemistry, Food Science or Food Technology and/or equivalent.
• Experienced in a laboratory QC/QA function of manufacturing in the level of supervisor or higher at 5 years minimum.
• Have knowledge or experience about food or starch industry will be advantaged.
• Have knowledge or experience working with quality management systems, i.e. Food safety, GMP, HACCP, FSSC22000, ISO9000, ISO17025: 2005.
• Ability to communicate in English both written and spoken.
• Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with staff, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
