  • Report to Chief Engineer in Head Office
  • Prepare BOQ for Construction Pre tender and Post tender work
  • Liaise with Subcontractor and Supplier to make Quotation as per requirement
  • Liaise with internal Construction team for Method of Construction that require for Cost estimation input
  • Prepare work plan and tracking progress weekly to ensure work complete as assigned
  • Report problem and obstacle and propose for resolution


  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer or Por Vor Sor  in Construction 
  • Able to communicate in English both written and speak
  • Proven Experience in preparing Project Tender cost estimate, BOQ  2-5 year minimum 
  • Good understanding Construction document included Specification , Drawings
  • Good communication and coordination with internal team and Subcontractor and Supplier  
  • Good skill to utilizing MS Excel with Formula and Macro for QS , BOQ work
  • Talent , Fast and accurate in Cost estimating
  • Able to work Overtime if request by supervisor
