Location : Bang Plee, Samutprakarn

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize quality techniques to reduce process variations or refine process parameters based upon results.
   
2. Promote and follow all corporate and local OSHE and Quality policy and guidelines
3. Follow all corporate and local policy, procedures, and guidelines
4. Follow all job specific SOP's, Work Instructions and NON SOP's
5. Follow all ISO9001 ,GMP and  HACCP , BRC  practices
6. Perform timely inspection of all incoming materials, purchased or sample materials, in-process materials, reworked materials and finished goods through the use of visual inspection, sampling, and laboratory instrumentation
7. Assist in problem solving through use of statistical analysis and utilization of quality tools. Lead and promote problem solving teams to perform root cause analysis and failure investigations. Assist in tracking and trending of corrective and preventative actions to ensure items are closed out on a timely basis.
8. Alert management of potential quality problems to assure that defective product or raw materials are not used or shipped to the customer.
9. Highlight training needs within the facility and act as a trained trainer for relevant instruction needs.
10. Assist in development of standard operating procedures, work instructions and form control documents.
11. Analyze data and report to concerned people via weekly/monthly report
12. Review and approve the COA.
13. Control the work of staff in the quality department to ensure safety.
14. Prepare a plan and list of measuring instruments for calibration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Chemical
• Experience in manufacturing environment, flexible packaging environment is an advance
• Understanding & experience in quality management and food safety management systems (ISO 9001, GMP , HACCP & BRC)
• Result oriented, assertiveness & flexibility
• English communication is a must
