• Implement and maintain up to date the quality management system (QMS) and relevant regulatory requirements and standards as applicable in the industry practice
• Perform and manage QMS documentation changes in the organization
• Control internal & external quality documents and quality records
• Ensure that the personnel work in accordance with quality procedures and instruction
• Assist in the internal and external quality audits
• Support the Customer complaint, NC, CAPA processes
• Prepare and update monthly KPIs report
• Review processing certifications and final release the processed products
• Control measuring instrument calibration
• Contract and control the pest control supplier and service
• Prepare and update the supplier control (Approve supplier list, Supplier evaluation)
• Purchase and create PR and PO for critical item purchased
• Provide training on quality system procedures and instructions as required
• Participate in the improvement of quality systems and facilitate continuous improvements projects
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager 
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related field
• Age 26-32 years old
• At least 3 years working experience in Quality assurance, Quality control
• Knowledge of international standards and regulatory requirements (ISO13485, ISO9001, GMP)
• Experience in use of Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail
• Good in team working and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, write and listen in English  
• Ability to analyze and solve problem
• Ability to work under pressure and organize own work
• Knowledge of 5Why, 8 Step Problem Solving, Fish Bone analysis)
• Creative thinking
