Packaging Purchasing

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Making cosmetic PKG order & supply management (order processing – invoice verification)
• Sourcing for potential vendor and negotiate
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery and reschedule to meet production planning
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoice in ERP system
• Solve problem with suppliers for defected goods
• Monitor and manage stock

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices
• 3-5 years’ experience of purchasing
• Speak English fluently
• Good team player with interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality, mature, service mind and highly responsible

• Mon – Fri 08.00 – 17.00
