Job Description
Our client is one of the leader providing building material products and service for construction projects all over Thailand.
Position: Project Sales Manager - Building Materials
Salary: 80,000 THB
Location: Bangkok
Job Description;
- Present company products for real estate developers, architecture firms, building contractors
- Initiate proposals, negotiations and presentations for clients
- Develop and maintain a professional business relationship with clients
- Direct the research and analysis of business opportunities, assessing potential markets and developing projects for new markets
- Manage Sales Teams both off-line and on-line channel.
Qualifications;
- Thai Nationality Only
- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- At least years 7 experience in Project Sales for Building Materials, management experiences is preferred.
- Good connection to construction industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good command in English
- Adequate process management skills are an advantage
