Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering , Mechatronic Engineer or  any related field.
• At least 5-10 years of working experience in construction factory.
• Computer literate. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Auto CAD etc.
• Good teamwork. Possess effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Honest, diligent, dedicated.
• Excellent knowledge in construction & architect-related law and rules& regulations, Machines and Automation. Able to manage assignments independently. Possess practical working experience in project development.
• Possess skills in engineering management process.

Responsibilities

• Responsible as Project Owner’s representative managing and coordinating new plant (factory) construction projects.
• Drive the construction activities to ensure that the projects are completed on time, within cost and highest quality.
• Effectively manage each phase of the project from design to completion and ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost-effectiveness.
• Responsible for project budget management and reporting, including cash flow monitoring and projections, control the quality standards, prospective bidders to owner.
• Obtain the necessary authority approvals and manage the contract & tender process.
• Responsible for Design Management ,Contract Documentation,Tendering, Construction and Post-Construction Stages of Projects.
