Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct effective customer experience surveys and develop useful insights which lead to customer experience improvements
  • Build, develop and manage the project roadmap for critical customer experience improvement initiatives. Define areas of focus supported by internal and external analysis, identify cross-functional owners, set delivery/completion dates and set up a regular review rhythm to ensure projects are on track
  • Partner with other project/product managers, category tejhams, operations associates to deliver on your project's roadmap
  • Drive alignment with senior leaders and key cross-functional partners
  • Collaborate with internal businesses to define new solutions to serve customers
  • Make prioritization and trade-off decisions balancing customer experience, seller experience, and business value

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, Product Manager, management consulting or any other related experiences
  • Obtained Bechelor's Degree
  • Familiar with project management techniques such as SMART, Agile project management
  • Able to analyze business challenges with a data driven approach and communicate actionable recommendations to business leaders
  • Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Thai
  • Strong project management skills of breaking down tasks, simplifying roadmaps, establishing owners and timelines, and status reporting
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
  • Firm grasp of systems design and programming concepts, knowledge of mobile development, UI/UX design is an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, prioritize and deliver on multiple projects
