Job Description


  • Manage and communicate (internal and external) the implementation of significant changes to planning objectives, schedule, and product configuration
  • Organize digital insurance platform project activities that may require interdepartmental meetings and communication ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints
  • Provide support to the digital insurance platform project management function from initiation through delivery in alignment with the client’s expectations and project needs
  • Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
  • Escalate digital insurance platform project risks and identifying mitigation
  • Work with digital insurance program management team, product management team and other stakeholders to ensure team alignment with commitments
  • Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost target are met
  • Manage and optimize the flow of work, facilitate the team planning sessions and other agile activities
  • Accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally  

Qualifications :

  •  A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
  •  PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing IT projects and programs
  •  Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields
  • Experience in insurance business preferred
  •  Experience in digital platform preferred
