Job Description


  • Strong  functional understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations
  • Consolidation, Financials, Procurement, Management Reporter
  • Provide business requirements, estimation, functional spec creation and coordinating implementation into the production environment.
  • Be a Team player, communicate effectively and efficiently with end users and senior leadership
  • Reliable, can work with little supervision, aware of time constraints to deliver outcomes with high quality, escalate risk situations appropriately
  • Understanding the financial business requirements and how to convert them to solution design in order to help clients mitigate risks, reduce operational costs, and enhance revenue streams
  • Preparation of the finance modules functional requirement document deliverable
  • Reviewing the final deliverable for quality and accuracy
  • Participating in delivery of the functional requirements
  • Managing the following finance modules project aspects, including supervising the people and process and offering expertise throughout:
    • Configuration
    • Development
    • Testing documentation
  • Coordinating the finance modules training itinerary and outline with the client:
    • Preparation of training materials for end users
  • Evaluating, analyzing and developing finance modules cut over procedures:
    • Coordinating deployment to production with the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations client
  • Responsible for quality control of Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations implementation
  • Responsible for communicating project status, timeline and budget of finance modules to clients:
    • Supervising and guiding the preparation of status reports and other project management deliverables
  • Evaluating the impact on finance modules from change of business processes, which requires an understanding of major transactional processes:
    • Analyzing, evaluating and designing business processes around major transactional areas such as: finance cycle, procurement cycle, sales cycles, supply chain management, and inventory management and movement
  • Functional leadership, mentoring and training support for new and existing finance staff


  • Bachelor/Master in Computer science, Computer engineer, Accounting or any related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT fields and about 2 year experience as a Team Leader or Project Management
  • Good interpersonal skill, Negotiation Skill, Mature, Hard Working, Self-Initiative, Enthusiastic and able to work under pressure and Service minded
  • Good command of English
  • Pleasant personality
  • Ability to work independently
  • Provide production Support
