Position: Japanese Speaking Project Development Coordinator
Nature Business: Japanese Printing Material & Translation Services
Basic Salary: THB 30,000 - 35,000 !!
Working Hour: Mon-Fri and Alternative Sat at 08.30 - 17.30
Working Location: Bangna
Job Description:
- Managing DTP &Localization related projects.
- File tracking, integrity checks with clients and production teams
- Status reporting and client status meetings
- Follow up on outstanding issues and flag critical path tasks
- Communication with both internal and external clients
- Adhering to timelines as agreed with customer and to work with DTP/translation /review /vendors to deliver on time
- Check hand-offs to ensure that they meet client requirements
- Project information maintenance
- Manage and track financial aspect of Projects
- Administer any necessary scheduling changes
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality, Male/Female, age not over 30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
- At least 1 year experience
in track record of project management and possess or any related such as admin or coordinator
- Experience and knowledge in Translation/ Localization industry will be advantage
- Strong command in English and Japanese(JLPT N3 up) is must
- Knowledge in Accounting, Finance, Purchasing, Supply chain Management will be advantage
- Knowledge of Web, Multimedia technology or Programming will be advantage.
- Must be familiar with standard Office and internet communication tools
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality with proprietary information
- Strong administration skills, hard working attitude, well organized and detail oriented
