Job description

• Planning construction projects. To define the overall construction plan and materials used in the project
• Coordinate with a team of engineers, sales department and Supplier to control the site.
• Controls repair work, decoration and maintenance of paint jobs for workers to perform according to the
• specified standards.
• Prepare a summary report of work after each project.
• Supervise and assessment of the quality score of the responsible projects, and report the results to the
• manager.
• Control the project as company assigned (Location depend on project)
• Visit Warehouse in Amatanakorn to pick up construction equipment before go to work on site
• Supervise subcontract and staff
• Control safety in working

General qualification

• Male, age 23 - 30 years
• Bachelor's degree or in the field of construction and civil work. Factory Design Structure, design and renovation
• Experienced and have worked in construction
• Have "License for Professional Practice"  If strong in construction experience, don't need to have  "License for Professional Practice" Company will consider again
• Able to get to higher ground
• Can read construction drawings and work assessments. Work at the Chonburi branch office and could attend job sites in the industry area
• Able to communicate in basic English
• Able to work overtime on Saturday - Sunday
• Have a private car and Driver's license
• If have Engineer license, will be more consider
