Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Work and communicate with main architects, consultants and related designers.
  • Responsible of the product development timeline, schedule  and oversee progress to get things done ontime.
  • Ensure the product development related cost such as soft cost and construction cost are under the given budget.
  • Ensure the MQDC standards and requirement are met. 
  • Abilities to lead designer meetings with great communication.
  • Abilities to prioritize urgent and important task.
  • Abilities to work dependable and reliable in handing project management and product development. 
  • Prefer the experiences in project management from conceptual to completion.


  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Architecture or related fields.
  • 10 years of experience in Property Development either in residential or commercial development.
  • Proven work experience as a project coordinator or similar role.
  • Good management, communication, creativity and team work.
  • Can work independent and flexible.
  • Excellent command of English and computer literacy.
