- Oversee and direct construction projects and execution plan from conception to completion.
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Coordinate with EPC contractor and oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with approved specification/drawings and HSE regulations.
- Coordinate with project team to ensure that Contract Plant meet contractual conditions of performance.
- Advice/manage Contractor’s schedules for construction crew and ensure all projects are fully staffed.
- Review the work progress on daily basis and plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones. Analyze/manage and mitigate construction risks. Review and approve invoice submitted by Contractor
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Review and advise project team of claims for extra cost and schedule impact for additional work proposed/submitted by Contractor.
- Report work progress and budget matters to Project Manager and COMPANY management level.
- Coordinate with Contractor and Project team to prepare corrective action for work delays, emergencies, and other problems
- Ensure HSE regulation are followed on all job sites

- Provide Construction Services support to Project Management during the initial planning phase and subsequent execution phases in the delivery of the Projects.
- Responsible for Modularization plans, constructability review and construction strategies.
- Ensure effective on-site execution of construction plans and overall management of the construction process with emphases on safety, quality, costs and schedule for construction success.
- Develop, communicate, implement and regularly review systems, strategies, standards and processes (including environmental plans or health management programs) that: minimize the potential impact of work activities or work sites on the environment; manage recovery from environmental incidents; promote safe, healthy and environmentally friendly workplaces and behavior.
- Able to recruit members in construction team.
