Minimum 9 months contract

Requirements:

• Male, Thai National with Bachelor’s degree or above in any fields
• Fluent in spoken & written English (Minimum TOEIC Score 600)
• Fluent in spoken & written Chinese strongly preferred
  
• Able to drive both automatic and manual car
  (More than 4 years driving experience)
• Have driving license
• Able to work at the project site in Banchang, Rayong
• Able to work 6 days a week
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
• Documentation management and ability to use project

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Receive and issue the drawings and project documentation
• Prepare the drawings and ledger documents
• Integrate transaction management
• Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meeting
• Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Other related tasks as assigned
