Responsibilities:
- Develop front-end websites based on a defined set of business requirements using ASP.NET MVC and C# and integrating robust Kentico solutions
- Act as L2 Technical support for the applications.
- Understand the flow of the application and do deep dive into the issue and fix it if you can if not escalate further.
- Proactive monitor all alerts and any issues related the system and escalate to App Owner team.
- To analyses and fix defects, co-work with App Owner team to handle the system, support project roll-out and Production deployment.
- Maintain logs of all issues and ensure resolutions according to quality assurance tests for all production processes.
- Assist Tech lead and provide production support for all designs and perform tests on all installation process for infrastructure.
- Perform all tests on production applications and prepare recovery procedures.
- Coordinate with App Owner and external vendors and ensure effective application services to ensure reliability of all applications.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree on computer science, computer Engineering, or related fields
- At least 2 years’ experience in ASP.NET MVC
- Has experience in web production support, incident Management, change request management or related field.
- .NET Core is preferable.
- Required Skills: MS SQL Server, Visual Studio 2017, C#, CSS, Javascript, and Jquery
- Strong communication & facilitation skills
- Good programming skill
- Good English Skill
