Job Purpose:

Be responsible for the management of production department, to ensure the best performance results,to continuously push improvements to increase productivity and reduce manufacturing cost, to achieve optimized and efficiency production to meet all requirements in all related aspects, such as EHS, productivity, quality, cost,etc.

Key Responsibilities:

1           Strictly implement EHS policy and procedures, to ensure safety is always being well followed by production team, in order to eliminate safety, environmental incident and so on;

2           Fulfill the production plan by well managing the utilization of people and equipment resource and ensure productivity and delivery schedule;

3           Supervise all production processes to make sure the compliance with quality and method all related instructions and SOP requirements;

4     In-depth production site data collection, analysis of weak links in the production process, the implementation of continuous improvement to improve production efficiency, reduce manufacturing costs;

5           Take full responsibility of people management in the production department;

6           Other tasks assigned by General manager.

Qualifications：

1. Thai Nationality, Age 30-35 years old, Bachelor degree in mechanical manufacturing；2.Five years middle level management experience in production in manufacture company;
2. Familiar with the mechanical processing, and have rich experience in ERP, cost control, quota management, quality management.
3. Have good planning ability, guidance, coordination ability, decision-making ability, strong integrated coordination and organizational management capacity；
4. Able to communicate in English, able to communicate in Chinese is advantageous;
