Production Manager ( Plastic )

Production Manager role is to lead Department Heads and Supervisors in managing and coordinating all aspects related to all manufacturing of PE drum, quality assurance and warehouse management in order to generate efficient productivity and enhance overall performance.

• Direct report to Country Manager
• Keep up-to-date with the operational requirements from overseas office compliance, when required to apply and update your working with the necessary information
• Monitor production planning schedule, process and procedures, and recommend improvements to achieve optimal operating efficiency.
• Manage all areas of operations, including quality assurance, production planning, quality system i.e. ISO 9001:2015, GMP, HACCP, etc. and related functions to ensure production processes to meet targets
• Prepare and manage budgeting plan and forecasting, work in process to support operating efficiency, productivity continuous improvement, stock, and progress
• Develop and enhance the core competency of the manufacturing process to meet the company objective and growth
• Handle and manage manpower planning, and other production resources under production plan and budgeting
• Motivate subordinates to broaden their scope of responsibility & accountability.
• Prepare monthly report and present to management team
• Undertake any other tasks as directed by Superior/ Management as and when required

• Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in management level and proven knowledge and understanding of extrusion blow molding process is preferred.
• Possess strong leadership abilities with excellent analytical, planning and organization skills.
• Knowledge and awareness of Quality Management System (ISO9001, ISO14000) and Food Safety System (GMP, HACCP, HALAL, etc.)
• Stress tolerance, drive, well-organized, challenge lover and good problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of English and proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and SolidWorks
