Job Description

Qualification

Male age 45-50 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in any field
At least 10 years working experience in production and production control at manufacturing company
Can read and understand product drawing
Have knowledge about ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949
Good command of English
Can use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Outlook Express
Have working experience in one of these products; bobbin, speaker or audio equipment will be an advantage

Job Duty

Manage and control production and production planning including manpower management
Follow up and monitor production progress to ensure that production run smoothly
Consider and make a decision about production and production planning to ensure that production run smoothly
Prepare monthly report and submit to company management team as well as related department
Educate and advise to subordinate about production, production process and production control
Participate and support about quality issue and production issue
Follow up and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949
Follow up and maintain safety rule production process/area
Conduct about activity for improvement such as Kaizen, 5S and 3T
Manage and control budget and expense
Coordinate with other related department
Perform other duties which may be required by company management team
