2. วางแผนกำลังคนให้เหมาะสมกับกำลังการผลิต
3. ตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิต, ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ

- ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- อายุระหว่าง 35-45 ปี
- การศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา เทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ มีประสบการณ์งานด้านผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิตอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
