Job Responsibilities:

• ควบคุมการทำงานในกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามแผนการทำงานและคุณภาพสินค้าตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
• วางแผนการผลิตเพื่อให้สามารถผลิตสินค้าได้ตรงตามเวลาและความต้องการของลูกค้า
• พัฒนาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการผลิต
• บริหารจัดการเพื่อลดต้นทุนในการผลิตสินค้า
• วัดและประเมินผลการทำงานของพนักงานที่อยู่ภายใต้การบังคับบัญชา

Skills and Qualifications:

• การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิตอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
• มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
• มีความเป็นผู้นำ
