Primary Function:

The Production Engineer will study and implement improvement projects in production processes, provide technical support to solve production problems. Also, initiate ideas for production supervisor(s)/ manager(s) to optimize/maximize process capability with highly awareness of safety and quality concern.

Reports to:  Production Manager – Kalasin Thailand.

Major responsibilities:

• Study and implement improvement projects in production processes.
• Provide technical support to solve production problems, diagnose faults, investigate production issues, analyze data and propose solution.
• Support production supervisor(s), manager(s) to optimize process capability, continuous improvements in safety operation, process efficiency, quality, cost reduction.
• Offer new ideas / new methods to develop production processes.
• Implement improvements by keeping an open mind and actively incorporating changes.
• Work collaboratively with production team and other departments.
• Develop self to improve personal and company performance.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

 Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, science and related fields, (Chemical Engineer is preferable).
• Good communication skill and presentation skill.
• Good computer skill.
• Good command in English.
• Good understanding engineering, scientific and other technical information.
• Results oriented, good collaboration in team activities.
• Opened mind and can-do attitude.
