- Program management for new product launch.
- Develop and create plans for product, forecast and price strategy.
- Conduct market situation, industry and competitive analysis.
- Support concerned departments for all product related activities.
Responsibilities;-
- Provide an effective market and outstanding information to increase new market opportunities and increase competitive edge.
- Develop and execute product launch activities, including positioning, messaging strategies, forecast and price.
- Complete market analysis, industry analysis, market segmentation, competitive analysis and develop marketing or product requirements.
- Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning and tactical activities.
- Develop pricing and product strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals.
- Participate in collecting and reporting competitive products, offers, and industry trends.
- Execute product roadmap through new product introduction programs, including understanding customer requirements, defining and communicating product requirements i.e. features, functions, channel and price.
- Create plan, make an evaluation and coordinate with SAIC Motor.
- Support sales and relative sections i.e. brief sales training team on new product, internal training for employee on current and new products, cooperate with other departments to assure product availability and proper service delivery, analyze potential partner relationships for the product and coordinate with regional team for all products related activities.
- Follow GVDP process to provide marketing input after internal approval.
- Organize and host regular product launching team meeting in life cycle with all related departments.
- Conduct research and analyze sales data from sales department to find our market movement and new trend.
- Visit dealer to study market requirement in different market areas.
Qualifications;-
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, or related fields.
- Male / Female age over 25 years old.
- 4 - 5 years of experience in automotive industry, especially product planning field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in product management or product marketing.
- Good command of both written & spoken English
- Good knowledge of computer skill (MS Office)
- Able to work under pressure, multi-tasking, open-minded to work across time zones, have passion for his/her work.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills, including demonstration skills, and able to handle many assignments.
- Able to travel in up-country area.
