Job Description

PRTR IT Specialist Recruitment is supporting our client who is a leading software developer/platform in the real estate market.

Job Description
  • Handling product implementation and launching new product features according to the company’s requirements.
  • Maintaining feature lists and assisting the team to motivate and deliver products effectively.
  • Being responsible for the volume of work to meet the requirements.
  • Ensuring accuracy, fineness, neatness of work.
  • Understanding job, policy, and rightly practice.
  • Being responsible for the compliance with company’s regulation, superior’s advice.
  • Handling the adaptation to the work environment and colleagues.
  • Having the ability to communicate, speak, and listen effectively.
  • Being persistent in accomplishing the assignment without retraction.
  • Managing and making visible the product backlog, or the prioritized list of requirements for future product development.
  • Being available to the development team at all time to answer any questions team members have regarding the customer’s needs and the customer’s views of how the team is implementing a product feature
  • Creating the product vision and roadmap which accomplishes the goal of the vision.
  • Developing the positioning for the product.
  • Working with a cross-functional team in planning a product release.
  • Developing personas either alone or in conjunction with a team including user experience experts.
  • Thai Nationality, Age not over 40 years.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Computer Business, MIS, or any related field.
  • 3 years’ experience as Product Owner, Project Manager.
  • Interested in candidate with developer/coding background (now no coding).
  • Good understanding of property management or backend process or any related field.
  • Strong management skills.
  • Command of English (Basic).
  • Attitude toward work, company, and colleagues.
  • Able to work under pressure, can-do attitude, result-oriented.
  • Communication and influencing skills.
