Responsibilities

• To ensure the requirement of user stories with the internal and external sector.
• Creation of experience maps, storyboards, wireframes and user experiences with UI / UX team
• Close cooperation with the team, Product Mgr., Development Mgr. and QM. to create Product Strategy, Product Roadmap, and Product backlog.
• Plan and prioritize sprint with Scrum team which meet key milestones.
• Gather and lead innovation and monitor scrum team.
• Test product and make a report.
• Analysis and searching for solving solution that might impact to the working function or product function.
• Associated with the product manager, sale team, and product development in order to create product manual or service that developed for the costumer and users.

Requirements

• Master or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MBA or related field.
• 5 years’ Experian in Developer.
• 2+ years’ Experian in Product owner / Scrum master.
• Age not over 35 Years Old
• Strong business communication and presentation skills
• Great passion for product development and interest in technology, digital products and market trends
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to take ownership and multitask in a fast paced and challenging environment
• Great work management skills with expertise in leading numerous work channels to successful completion
• Must be self-driven, individually accountable and passionate about business results who can completely own the delivery of high value initiatives
• Agile Development and Design thinking knowledge are plus
• Strong Scrum experience (ideally scrum master)
• English proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
