• Apply quantitative and qualitative insights to identify customer experience opportunities and problem areas.
• Use product analytics, customer research, usability studies, A/B testing, and competitive analysis to drive decision making.
• Translate Customer experience opportunities into high-quality product requirements in collaboration with design and development teams.
• Collaboration with team to develop best UX to customer.
• Develop a deep understanding of our customers, using various tools and methods, by continually gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
• Act as the voice of the customer when interacting with stakeholders and partners.
• Research competitive offerings across the region in order to deliver a best-in-class experience to our customers.
• Partner with the product and engineering teams to develop features and see them to smooth launch.

• Male or Female, age 28-32 years.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in any related fields.
• Thai Nationality with a good command of English.
• Proven track-record of shipping high-quality digital products that drive business results.
• Able to translate your knowledge and experience into user stories and detailed requirements.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills with strong personal presence. You can communicate concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
