Purpose 

• Lead to deliver an innovative product features to meet the needs the users, deliver great customer experience, improve service efficiency with quality and fast time to market. 

Job description

• Develop understanding of the business priorities and objectives of WeMall and identify marketing and business opportunities to achieve the business growth 
• Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to make sure that you collaboratively provide for the company’s short- and long-term goals 
• Conduct customer research where required to gain understanding of customers’ needs as well as understanding on market landscape and competition 
• Work with product team to build product roadmaps to meet customers’ needs to gain competitive advantage over rival website and apps 
• Build relationship with internal and external stakeholders and to create commercial and marketing partnership 
• Have end-to-end responsibility of key business development and marketing initiatives from ideation to execution 
• Ensuring that all commercial activities meet or improve on budget, cost, volume and efficiency targets (KPIs) in line with business objectives. 

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor​ Degree or higher that included computer engineering, marketing, MBA or a similar field 
• At least 2-year experience in product design, product development or relevant role 
• Good problem solving and analytic skills 
• Basic understanding of product management and development process 
• Strong organization, prioritization and time management skills 
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities 
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel. Experience with additional analytical/database software/language a plus (e.g., MS Access, Tableau, SQL, ACL). 
• The role will require competent level of data analytics to drive insights and be able to 
• present the data to senior management 
• Be fluent in English 
• Understanding and experience in e-Commerce, payment business is a plus
