We are looking for Product Manager to join our team!! Our Product Manager will be responsible for leading and directing E-Commerce Platform Development. They will set the strategy, road map, and feature prioritization for a product or product line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute product strategies and development road map to align with business objectives
• Gather and manage traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product release
• Manage each assigned project and deliver outcomes for each development sprint
• within expected timeline
• Keep monitoring product performance and deliver solid plan to continue improving customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate valid recommendations to both global and local stakeholders in achieving business KPIs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information, Computer Science, Software Engineer, Business Administration or related fields
• Proven 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or a similar role in digital platforms, application development or B2C product management
• Technical background with experience in E-commerce platform, mobile and website development
• Background in software development, program management and Agile methodologies is a plus
• Good understanding on analytic tools such as Google Analytic, Elasticsearch, and SQL
• Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicting among relevant stakeholder (e.g., different priorities, task assignments, and directives)
• Strong collaborative approach and effective interpersonal skills
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and result-oriented mindset onto work well under pressure and dynamic environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English
