- มีประสบการ์ณด้านการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ เบเกอรี่ และเครื่องดื่ม ไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี
- มีพื้นฐานบาริสต้าเบื้องต้น
- จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรี Food Science
- กำหนดกลยุทธ์ทางตลาด วิจัยและพัฒนา Product ให้ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า และ Trend ของตลาด และบริการต้นทุนสินค้าให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
- สามารถศึกษา และวิเคราะห์ปัญหา รวบรวมข้อมูล พร้อมหาแนวทางแก้ไขเกี่ยวกับ process ในการทำงาน
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ มีทักษะในการนำเสนองานและประสานงานได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม รับผิดชอบต่องานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
