Job Description

Bluebird Farm is looking for a talented Procurement and Admin Manager to support our business growth.

This job is a combined role of Procurement and Administration Manager.

Job descriptions - Procurement

  • Collaborates with other departments and leadership to identify and develop needs and requirements for equipment, materials, products, and acceptable substitutions.
  • Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
  • Prepares and processes purchase orders and requisitions for materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Drafts, explains, and implements instructions, policies, and procedures for purchasing and contract management.
  • Acts as the companys representative in negotiations with suppliers.
  • Evaluates and approves conditions for issuing and awarding bids.
  • Resolves issues with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Maintains and/or implements purchasing and recordkeeping systems.
  • Administers the departmental budget.
  • Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
  • Manage inventory control.
  • Coordinates removal or disposal of surplus materials/equipment.
  • Manage vendor payment and ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.

Job descriptions - Administration
  • Plan, direct and coordinate supportive services of the company.
  • Plan, organize and maintain effective internal control systems to ensure all Administration policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands.
  • Recruit and manage contract employees including work schedule and compensation.
  • Work with regulatory affairs partner to successfuly register/renew product/location license.
  • Booking transport and shipping courier.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Organizing induction programmes for new employees.
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office.
  • Request witholding tax document from accounting agency.
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
  • Managing the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment and machinery.
  • Undertake and review the existing administration processes and implement continuous improvements where necessary.
  • Participate and contribute effectively to all Company projects requiring Administration input or expertise.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 5 years experiences in purchasing/procurement.
  • Experiences in printed materials procurement is preferred.
  • Good command in English both speaking and writing.
  • Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills - must be ble work across all functions and levels of an organization.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Thai national.
