What is your mission?

     As a Process Excellence Leader, you will be working with our BPO Team to deliver #happier customer experience. You will work as a key role to driving continuous improvement process. Also expected to deliver initiate new methodology culture to ensure long term success.

You are also required to perform these job functions:

  • Analyze Business Processes: Before process improvement leader can drive change across the organization, they first analyze existing business processes using various methods such as gap analysis or PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act). This allows them to find opportunities for improvement as well as losses, which they troubleshoot further to determine root causes.
  • Develop Strategies: Process improvement leader act as internal consultants, developing short- and long-term strategies for the organization and incorporating Six Sigma, Agile, and other practices. Their goal is to facilitate progress and reduce costs, both in terms of sales and workflow inefficiencies.
  • Lead Activities: It’s the job of process improvement leader to coordinate and lead key projects for improvement across all levels of the organization. 
  • Monitor Progress: A crucial aspect of the process improvement methodology is monitoring progress in order to check if changes yield desirable results. Process improvement leader establish measurable standards at the start of a project and then compare actual project results against these, regularly generating detailed update reports for management.
  • Provide Mentorship: To get best results, organizations must make continuous improvement an integral part of their company culture. Process improvement leader serve as coach  who coordinate workshops and team trainings, openly sharing their guidance and technical expertise and ensuring that learning resources are widely available.

 
Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management,engineering or related field.
  • 5 - 6 years experiences with a track record in continuous improvement projects and process design.
  • Preferable candidate with Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certificate.
  • Analytic, systematic thinking and problem-solving skills to create and deliver improvement methodology.
  • Effective communication, strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work with many cross functional teams to deliver results.
  • Experiences working in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) business will be advantage.
  • Good command of spoken & written in English. 
  • Excellent computer skills, MS Office suit.
  • Work well under pressure.
