Responsibilities :

• Responsible for  New Model, Process improvement and defect analysis by working under Safety condition (QDCS)
• Responsible for process's documents (FMEA, PCS, Process Flow Diagram, Control Plan, Lay-out and Project presentation summary report)
• Correct report project and improvement output to Management 

Qualification 

• Male or Female age not over 28 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical,Production,Industrial,Tool&Material or Electrical Engineer.
• Minimum 3-5 years experiences in automotive production.
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), Design of experiments,Product and Process Development Flow, FMEA,PPAP.
• Good read Mechanical drawing
• Knowledge in FMEA,PPAP and APQP.
• Can speak and written English communication level.
• Correct report project and improvement output to Management
• Knowledge of IATF16949,ISO14001.
• Able to use Microsoft office
• Should be able to work with complex project independently
