Position Summary

• Plastic welding & Assembly Process design and realization for new project
• Continuous improvement to increase productivity and efficiency in Welding &
• Assembly line
• SAP user to maintain process data

Main Accountabilities

New Product Development

• Process design and realization of new projects considering productivity, workability, and quality of products
• Review of equipment and tools considering productivity, workability, and quality of products
• Responsibility for taking countermeasures against quality problems found during manufacturing of prototypes, samples and etc.
• Dealing with document work such as process FMEA, production basics related
• Dealing with layout work and technical change management if necessary

Investment

• Investment review and realization for
  • New project
  • Process improvement
  • Tools and equipment

Process Improvement

• Enhancement of workability and productivity through activities for process improvement
• Activities for improvement of working condition and environment
• SAP related activities

Key Performance Indicators/Key Result Areas

• Management of progress of product development (x-SEP, CIMDB and etc.)
• Cost savings
• Process efficiency improvement
• Quality improvement

Internal & External Working Relationships 

• Internal: Sales development, design, test, part development, material, logistics and production
• External: Customers, Manufacturers of equipment and tools

Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)

• Education/Major
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field

• Experience
  • 5 years experience in automotive industries and prefer direct experience in Process Engineer 2-3 years.
  • Priority in plastic welding like Vibration/Hotplate/Spin and Automatic assembly with PokaYoke
  • Injection molding experiences are welcomed

• Knowledge/Skills
  • Ability to perform APQP Process
  • TS16949 and ISO14000
  • IT such as Microsoft office tool, SAP
  • Quality tools like FMEA, CP, SPC, MSA

• Language
  • English in at least medium level of speaking, writing

• Others
  • Ability to gather information and analyse data
  • Innovative way of thinking, driving force and initiative
  • Working in team and assist to build up teamwork
  • Self-managed work approach
