4. OQC and REL defective products analysis and improvement.
5. Material abnormal analysis and improvement.
6. Lean project improvement.
7. Undertake and import new NPI products

Qualification & requirements:

For Process Electronic Manager 1 positions;
1. Proficiency in using office software.
2. Can use English to communicate with customers normally.
3. Possess strong departmental management skills and cross-departmental communication skills.
4. Possess strong meeting host ability.
5. Understand the work responsibilities and operating procedures of each department.
6. More than seven years of PE work experience
7. Bachelor degree in electronics and electronics related majors preferred

For senior Process Electronic 4 positions;
1. Proficiency in using office software.
2. Can use English to communicate with customers normally.
3. Possess strong departmental management skills and cross-departmental communication skills.
4. Possess strong meeting host ability.
5. Understand the work responsibilities and operating procedures of each department.
6. Proficiency in using various analysis tools (multi meter, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, 3D microscope, CT scan, X-ray...)
7. More than 5 years of PE work experience
8. Bachelor degree in electronics and electronics related majors preferred
