Job Description
Responsibility:
The Principal Salesforce Administrator will provide support to the organization through the customization and configuration of the Salesforce platform. The Principal Salesforce Administrator will interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to design and implement enhancements, and administer the system accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree: Business Administration/ Management /IT/ Marketing
- 3-5 years of Salesforce administration experience.
- Experience in Salesforce solution design, implementation, documentation and training.
- Keen eye for detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize, and coordinate multiple projects and competing work demands.
- Ability to see the “big picture” while managing several small projects.
