Job Description


  • With at least 3 years experience.
  • Good command in English both of speaking and writing.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a serious commitment to job responsibilities and quality
  • Achievement oriented, a self-starter, independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure, well organized and good self-discipline.
  • Willing to travel as and when required.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.

Specific Responsibilities.

  • Perform pre-sales engineering tasks. Proactively develop a relationship with assigned resellers and vendors. Document all visits including follow-up tasks and due dates.
  • Providing technical advice to the sales team or directly to resellers.
  • participate in technical presentations, discussion, installations, demonstrations, and trial evaluation (POC's) as required.
  • Ensure successful sales acchievement, customer satisfaction.
  • Promote company/product image through the delivery of the highest quality pre-sales support and expert knowledge of product line, performance criteria and applications.
  • Provide consultation, training and pre-sales support service to Resellers and their customers either electronically or on-site.
  • Undertake tasks requiring a high-level analysis, diagnosis, and problem-solving to quality product fit and overall solution viability.
  • Help prepare POC's, Tender responses or TOR's.
  • Keep up-to-date on all major ACA products and solutions. Understand new/changed functions. Have latest versions installed on a laptop or local demo environment. Understand both technical and business unique selling points. Quality assurance of technical articles in our knowledge base.
