Job Description

In Brief:  This position responsible in providing personal and business support to Managing Director (Owner) and handle a wide range of administrative tasks. The position requires strategic decision-making that support MD and company in driving business growth. This person must be exceedingly well organized, highly flexible, critical thinking and originally truthful. 


  • Provide secretarial tasks for MD
  • Attend meeting with MD or represent MD where needed
  • Organize meeting, take minutes, maintain records of decisions and summarize items to support the teams for further actions
  • Delegate, prioritize and manage project to complete as planned
  • Prepare management report such as Sales/ Budgeting/ P&L, presentation
  • Coordinate with internal and external organization to create mutual understanding in operations 
  • Complete complex administrative tasks
  • Seek for insights, conduct research or dig deeper in validating the information
  • Initiate in implementing innovative work standards and procedures
  • Ensure communication and appearance that related to MD and company is appropriate in maintaining and protecting high level of image and reputation
  • Respect the need for confidentiality and sensitivity of information


  • Female aged between 28-36 years old 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field
  • 5+ years experience in functions of PA/ Business support/ Project Management
  • Work experience from E-commerce/ Retail/ Trading is required
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to compose and edit written materials, translation experience is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and quality
  • Pleasant personality, positive communication, smart and humble
  • Mature, good judgement, trustworthy
  • Ability to work both individually and with a wide range of people
  • Ability to work flexible hours and on weekends as needed
  • Possesses time, multitasking, stress management skills
