Job Description


The Personal Assistant will responsible to manage Founder – Woody Milintachinda overall administrative schedule in related to Corporate reputation, Business, Personal, Networking. This role will need to work directly with internal and external top management, cross functions and also external stakeholders.  

This role will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties, involved in strategic guidance based on appropriate business and hospitality manners, technical expertise, critical analysis, well rounded anticipation context, project management and also image driven.  The position requires making decisions that support the strategic priorities to drive business growth.


  • Provide strategic administrative assistance  
    • Organizing and managing business, social and personal appointment, setting meeting agendas & preparations, sending memos / minutes of meeting, accepting visitors, reviewing  and analyzing incoming information before routing to relayed key responsible area internally, and setting the flawless executive's daily schedule with full preparations.
    • Act as a “Gatekeeper” to control, screening and manage incoming communications such as phone calls, invitation, meeting request to ensure that all will be routing to Founder and related executive base on company business strategy, focus and priorities.
    • Fact finding or Insights through further conducting  more research or dig deeper in validating the information in order to support business  meeting or the decision making process.
  • Facilitate, Coordinate and supervise  Founder’s schedule   
    • Assist to Founder Meeting; attending meeting with Founder while taking notes at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentation.
    • Manage and prepare professional presentations to support the important meetings
    • Coordinate with assigned team member to arrange relayed administration such as travel, visas and accommodation and ensure supporting documents are implied with company regulations.
  • Managing confidentiality both at company stand points and personal information
    • Taking into account of confidentiality for  all information, databases, and communications going into and out are held in confidence; this position routinely manages sensitive information.
    • Filing, manage all sensitive importation to be confidential with limited access.
    • Categorize networking type and filing contact.
  • Manage and Protect Founder and Company image and reputation
    • Ensuring communications, appearance that related to Founder and company will be appropriate and not dilute or harmful to Founder and Company image and reputation.


  • Communication, Interpersonal and presentation skills:  This role required a professional performing  to be a face of Founder and Company at the relevance context.
  • Language skills : English and Thai communication skills proficiency both written and verbal.
  • Trustworthiness: A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside of the company is critical.
  • Prioritization and Project management: This role requires superior attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests and changes or last minutes changes while ensuring to meet the deadline on a timely basis.
  • Adaptation & Resourcefulness:  Due to business culture that always be in a fast phase and changes, this role needs to be able to adapt quickly to get the tasks done and facilitate your teammates. To do this, you need to be resourceful in getting their tasks done with solutions through multi-tasking and creative thinking skills.  
  • Anticipation and Projection

In this role, anticipations situation for better and for worst will be able set the peak stage at the appropriate level.

  • Gender : Male of Female
  • Age : Not over 35 years
  • Education: University degree or diploma relating to the field, preferred but not essential
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years supporting C-level executives or reporting directly to senior management, highly preferably with the international background or used to work for MNC company.
  • Special Skills : Create content in Instagram , Facebook 
  • Interest:  Content creators, Technology, CSR
  • Language: Highly preferably English proficiency (TOEIC > 800) since this role is expected to involve with many high-level
