Job Description:

• Arranging appointment both internal and external.
• Manage all administrative supports to Director.
• Organizing and servicing internal meeting.
• Document screening for Director to sign.
• Answering telephone for executives and client service staffs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Male, Age between 30 -35 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
• At least 5 year experience as a secretary / personal assistant
• MS Office : Word , Excel , Power Point
• Creative, hard-working and results-oriented
