Job Description

Job Descriptions: 

  • Support SVP P&OP of formulating HR strategy and related HR policy to ensure expected business performance and people priorities.
  • Monitor organization effectiveness by controlling job analyses, job evaluation, and job family in relations SCCCTH business and operating models
  • Operate workforce analyses and headcount planning to ensure the targeted personnel cost and align with target operating model.
  • Manage reward management, including compensation & benefits scheme, competitiveness, cost controlling to ensure effectiveness of SCCC reward management.
  • Manage performance management, including performance measures, performance review, and performance-based rewards to drive organizational productivity and performance-driven cultures.
  • Manage the process of career management include career promotion and career architecture to ensure the sufficient talent pipeline of operating business
  • Recommend related HR parties of HR process improvement and automation in relations to improving HR process effectiveness and related HR functional performance
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

This position requires

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behaviour, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 5 years in Organization Development or HRBP field, preferred background in HR&OD consulting
  • Takes responsibility, lead and monitor team performance to achieve results, though facing obstacles and uncertainty.
  • Facilitates a collaboration within and across departments, cultivates a network across functions and business units and explores relevant stakeholders needs and takes actions to address their needs.
  • Searches for solutions, create follow up mechanism to meet customer expectation, establishes and maintains effective customer relationships.
  • Encourage self and team to experiment new approaches and learn from mistakes and suggests creative ideas with practical solutions.
  • Identifies development goals, support, provides constructive feedback, delegates responsibility and conveys clear expectations to team.
  • Supports the organization’s vision, helps team see why the work matters and celebrates team’ successes.
  • Excellent in English communication skills
