Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with related parties for gathering need in order to analyze the learning program, objectives, approaches and program evaluation methodologies Develop HRD platform to be used across the company as well as act as the lead person to drive the execution of the program.
• Consult with management and other leadership to identify appropriate Training programs to support business goals.
• Oversee and ensure the overall development results and the use of people capability by manage the implementation of Learning & Development interventions that aligned with business direction.
• Set up and implement individual development plan.
• Initiate and constantly improve quality of people development plans to ensure company visions and goals are in line with people capabilities and development programs in place.
• Define the budget that is needed to implement the training and development plan and ensure is effectively spent.
• Analyze training needs from annual performance evaluation and preparing a relevant training plan.
• Conduct and develop internal training to develop employees’ fundamental skills to enhance job performance with the up-to-date or modern training and development tools and techniques such as Orientation, On boarding, Induction.
• Prepare and implement a training road map as per job descriptions and annual training plan.
• Develop, implement and monitor Management Trainee program.
