to join their team.
Job Description
- Arranging for PC Staff orientation about company profile, company rules, and company product knowledge.
- Designing and assessing training programs for both soft-hard skill training.
- Reviewing and evaluating training programs for compliance with quality objectives and company standards.
- Being a product consultant and giving information to Sales staff and Members.
- Being responsible for auditing pc staff about knowledge of products and service standards.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience in Electrical Appliances Training, Sales Training, Sales Executive, with knowledge in Electrical appliances, IT products, or related field.
- Having experience in developing and organizing training manuals or other educational materials will be an advantage.
- Expert in MS Office with strong communication and coaching skills.
- Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high pressured environment.
- Can travel occasionally.
