Qualification

• Female, Thai Nationality, 28-35 Years Old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting & Finance or Business Related Fields
• At least 5-7 Years of experience in Payroll & HRM Operation & Performance Appraisal System
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• High Excel Proficiency
• Having Knowledge in Labour Law
• Having Knowledge on Income Tax, Social Security, Provident Fund and Other related issues in Payroll Functions
• Good Communication Skill

Responsibilities

 1) Payroll Review & Verification 

   1.1) Time Attendance & OT Checking
   1.2) Payroll & Salary Calculation Contro
   1.3) Monthly & Yearly Tax, Social Security, PVD Fund Calculation 

2) Outsourcing Process Control

3) HR-Monthly Reports & Data Analysis

4) Setup and control Working Calendar

5) Improve HRM-Performance Appraisal System

6) Verify Employees’ Expenses Reimbursement

Office Location: BTS Sala Daeng/MRT Silom
