Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing accurate invoice entry, handling invoice exceptions and payment processing.
  • Assist in resolving daily operational issues.
  • Assist in implementing and documenting internal controls to mitigate risk.
  • Review of accounts payable sub ledger on a regular basis to analyze vendor accounts.
  • Ensures adequate coverage of AP duties and acts as back up to P2P Manager.
  • Assist in internal and external audits for the AP functions.
  • Assist in managing relevant AP metrics and prepare management reports.
  • Assist in various AP projects and other system related projects.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 2 - 4 years related work experience
  • Experience in handling AP activities
  • System knowledge in SAP is a MUST
