Key Skills / Knowledge/Experience:
- Organization change management, Transformation programs, Shared Service transformation, Cross industry, but experience doing Organization change management in the country, Dual language.
- Experience of leading Organizational Change Management initiatives
- IT industry experience specifically worked in large scale IT led business transformation programs, more specifically working with global/multi-location teams.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strategic thinking
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and productive
- Result-oriented, fast learner, self-driven and hardworking
- Team player, open-minded, optimistic, and approachable
- Flexible and creative - ability to propose innovative ideas, build empathy within the firm and win the trust of the clients
- Understanding and experience of local geography’s country culture and the corporates ways of working.
- Candidate should have work experience in Stakeholder Engagement/Impact Assessment/Communication Planning/ Change Measurement (Change Readiness/Surveys, Business Readiness)/Change Culture management
